Collection at the warehouse

The goods must be collected from the warehouse indicated in the e-mail received after placing the order.

The driver must report to the warehouse on the day and within the timeframe agreed with the Logistics Department.

Once the money is credited to FOODCOM S.A.’s bank account, you will receive an e-mail with a PIN code to provide at the time of collection.

After loading the goods from the warehouse (applies to collections in Poland), a Stock Issue Confirmation (WZ) will be given to the driver who reports to collect the goods and the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided with the order.

With our customers’ needs in mind, we are currently working on the possibility of delivering orders directly to the customer.
