Isolated fava bean protein is a fine grey-white powder with a very mild, characteristic legume flavour. The product is distinguished by its high protein content (over 80%), low fat, sugar and salt content, and the absence of GMOs and allergens.

Application

Broad bean protein is also suitable for gluten-free and vegan foods and clean label recipes. Thanks to its mild taste and high solubility, it blends well with other ingredients and does not mask the taste of the final product.

 

Storage

The product retains its full properties for 24 months in its original, unopened packaging. Once opened, it should be tested every 6 months. Store in a dry, shaded place at room temperature.
