Description
Natural Cocoa Cake is a natural product obtained by mechanically pressing roasted cocoa beans, a process that separates part of the cocoa butter from the mass. The result is a firm, brown cake rich in cocoa solids, which serves as a base for producing cocoa powder. With its intense cocoa aroma and balanced fat content (10–12%), Natural Cocoa Cake is used in the production of cocoa powders, chocolate products, and as a functional ingredient in baked goods and beverages.
Technical aspects
Natural Cocoa Cake contains 10–12% fat, ≤6.5% moisture, and has a pH of 5.5 ± 0.5. It is microbiologically safe and complies with EU standards on contaminants, pesticides, and mycotoxins. Free from allergens, GMOs, artificial additives, and preservatives.
Storage
Store Natural Cocoa Cake in a cool, dry place with humidity not exceeding 75%. Keep the product away from sunlight and strong odors. Use sealed packaging to avoid contamination and preserve quality.
