Produced using mechanical pulverization, it features a rich reddish-brown color and a slightly bitter, cocoa-chocolate characteristic flavor. Technical aspects

Organic Cocoa Powder 20/22% is characterized by its fat content of 20-22%, a moisture level of max 4%, and high fineness (min. 98.5% through a 200 mesh sieve). With a pH range of 6.8–7.2, it offers excellent stability and versatility for various recipes.
