Berberine sulphate is a plant extract obtained from the roots of Berberis aristata using ethanol and water. The product comes in the form of yellow crystals and contains 98% active substance. Crystalline berberine is distinguished by its stability and characteristic taste and smell.

FDCM’s barberry extract is used in many industries, including pharmaceuticals, supplements and cosmetics. Thanks to its natural origin and concentrated form, berberine powder is valued by manufacturers as a functional ingredient.
