Delivery within the EU

We deliver orders within Poland and throughout the entire European Union using reliable logistics partners: Dachser, DSV, FedEx, and InPost.

Once your payment has been credited to the bank account of FDCM E-commerce S.A., you will receive an email confirming your order and providing a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the type of goods being shipped:

Poland: 1–2 business days
European Union: 2–5 business days

The delivery time is calculated from the day following the pickup of the shipment by the carrier.
