1. How can I place an order in the online store?
To place an order, simply add the selected products to the shopping cart and then proceed to the shopping cart. Enter the required data, select the payment method and the pickup location, and then confirm the order. You will receive confirmation at the email address you provided.

3. How can I pick up my order?

4. Can I return the products I ordered?
Yes, we offer the possibility to return ordered products. You will find details here.
5. What raw materials are available in the offer?
We offer a wide range of raw materials, including coffee and cocoa, dairy products, chemical raw materials, feed and many others. You can find a detailed offer in the Food, Feed and Industrials sections available on the home page of our store.
6. What are our customer service hours?
Our customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can contact us by phone or through the contact form on the website.
7. What is the minimum order in the store?
The minimum order in our store is the smallest package available for a given product. You can find information about the available options in the product details on the site.
8. Can I modify an order after it has been placed?
Yes, it is possible to modify your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to make changes.
9. How long does it take to process my order?
After payment is made, you will receive an email within 5 business days with information on where to pick up the goods and the unique code needed for delivery. The goods should be picked up within 3 business days of receiving this email.
