Can I add my products to FDCM.eu as a seller?
Currently, the platform operates in a closed model - adding your own products is not available to the public. If you are interested in cooperation, please contact the FDCM team via the contact form.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers or large orders?
Yes - FDCM provides individual commercial terms, including volume discounts and preferential prices for regular partners. After registration, please contact customer service for detailed information.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

How can I return the goods?
Detailed information on returns can be found in the document Terms and Conditions of Contract Withdrawal. Please note that the rules for returning goods vary depending on whether the purchase was made by a consumer, a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity when the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person, or in other cases of purchase. How can I check which of my invoices are pending payment?
After logging in to the FDCM platform, you can go to the payment section of your account, where you will find the current status of your invoices.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, a VAT invoice is issued for every order.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made by bank transfer or via the PayU system, which supports payment cards and other popular online methods.
Is it possible to get an individual quote for products?
Yes - if you are interested in a larger quantity of a specific product, would like to receive a special offer, or are looking for something that is not currently in the catalog, please contact the FDCM sales team. Quotes are customized based on the type of business, location, and order size.
What is the lead time for goods?
The lead time depends on the type of goods, delivery location, and logistics arrangements. Details are available upon contact with the logistics department.
What is the maximum order limit?
The maximum order limit is 4000 kg. If you wish to purchase a larger quantity, please contact our logistics department at +48 577 494 140 or by email: logistics@fdcm.eu in order to prepare an individual offer.
How many different products can I receive in one order?
It is possible to order different products in one order. The specific configuration depends on the type of goods and is determined individually by the logistics department.
What documents can you provide?
We provide product specifications, quality certificates, and other documents required by customers. If you need specific documents, please contact us - the range of available materials is wide and depends on the product.

What should I do if the products I need are not available on the website?
Please contact our team and we will try to deliver the products you need on special order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order is one full bag - depending on the product, this can be, for example, 15 kg or 25 kg. For sample orders, the minimum quantity is 400 g.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship within Europe and beyond - please contact our team for an individual quote.
What are the costs and delivery times?
The cost and delivery time are determined individually - please contact our logistics department at +48 577 494 140 or by email: logistics@fdcm.eu. For samples, the prices according to the supplier's current price list apply.
How can I track my order?
Currently, shipping is only available for samples - after placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Regular orders are only available for personal collection or by individual arrangement with the sales department.

How do I create an account on FDCM.eu?
To create an account, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page and then select “Register”. Fill out the registration form and confirm your email address to activate your account.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can place an order without creating an account. You can continue as a guest or create an account during the checkout process. However, registration offers additional benefits, including access to your order history, faster checkout, and exclusive special offers.
Can I edit my account information?
Yes, after logging in, go to the “My Account” section to update your contact details, password, or delivery addresses.
What should I do if I am unable to register or do not receive an activation link?
Make sure you entered the correct email address in the registration form. Check your spam folder or try registering again. If the problem persists, please get in touch with our support team.
What should I do if I forget my account password?

Can several people have access to the same customer account?
Currently, an account on FDCM.eu is created for a natural person, therefore only the user who registered should have access to it. For security reasons, we do not recommend sharing your login details with anyone else.
Will I be assigned a personal account manager?
Yes, after placing an order or sending an inquiry, our customer service department will contact you.
How can I delete my account from the FDCM.eu platform?
To delete your account, please contact customer service by sending a message to: contact@fdcm.eu.
