Dark chocolate 50.5% is a product obtained from cocoa mass, cocoa butter and defatted cocoa powder with added sugar and soy lecithin as an emulsifier. It comes in the form of compact droplets with a dark brown colour and a typical bitter chocolate aroma and taste.

Dark chocolate 50.5% is distinguished by its high cocoa content, smooth texture and pleasant, intense aroma. Thanks to its droplet form, it is convenient to dose and easy to dissolve in various recipes.

Application

Storage

Dark chocolate 50.5% should be stored in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 14–20°C and humidity below 60%, away from heat sources.
