Black Garlic Extract is a natural botanical powder obtained from the bulbs of Allium sativum L.. The product features a blackish-brown colour, fine powder structure, and a characteristic flavour and aroma typical of fermented black garlic. Its stable quality and natural origin make it a valuable ingredient for the food, functional nutrition, and nutraceutical industries.

Thanks to its fine granulation, the extract offers excellent dispersibility and consistency in both dry and liquid formulations. It contains 0.1% S-Allyl cysteine, a naturally occurring compound in garlic known for its functional and nutritional value, enhancing the premium character of the final product.
