Description

Corn flour is a natural food product obtained by grinding corn kernels after the germination process. It is characterized by a fine, uniform powder structure and a yellow color, typical of the raw material from which it is derived. The product has a pleasant, mild taste and a characteristic corn aroma, without any foreign notes or noticeable graininess.

Technical aspects

The corn flour is gluten-free, making it suitable for gluten-free food applications. Thanks to its stable quality parameters, it is widely used across various segments of the food industry.

Application

Corn flour is suitable for human consumption and is widely used in:

  • gluten-free formulations,

  • snacks and cereal-based products,

Storage

The product should be stored in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: up to 25°C, maximum relative humidity 75%.

Package

The product is packed in 25 kg paper bags or 1000 kg big bags, suitable for food contact. Each package is labelled with product name, batch number, production date and shelf life.
