Description

Fine coconut flakes are obtained from the flesh of fresh coconuts, which are shelled, washed, blanched, dried and shredded. The product has a natural white colour, a delicate, sweet taste and a typical coconut aroma, free from foreign aromas.

Fine dried coconut has a high fat content (62-68%) and low moisture content, making it ideal for use in confectionery, desserts and functional mixes. It is a natural ingredient used in clean label recipes.

Finely ground coconut comes in the form of a loose powder with a uniform structure. It meets EU and FDA standards for quality and safety.

Application

Finely ground coconut is also used in dietary mixes and instant drinks. It is a popular addition to clean label products, as well as vegan and gluten-free foods, where it acts as a natural nutritional and flavouring ingredient.

Storage

The product should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse in a clean, odourless environment.

Finely ground coconut flakes are packed in 25 kg paper bags with an inner PE liner.
