Description

Demineralised sweet whey powder is a high-quality dairy product obtained from pasteurised sweet whey produced during cheese production. Thanks to modern demineralisation and spray drying technology, this product retains its natural properties and is easily soluble. It comes in the form of a light cream-coloured, uniform powder with a slight milky aroma. Small, easily disintegrating lumps are acceptable.

It is characterised by a high lactose content, low mineral content and microbiological purity. Thanks to these characteristics, low-mineralised whey powder is a valuable ingredient in many industrial applications, including products for infants and children.

Technical aspects

Demineralised sweet whey concentrate has stable physical and chemical properties and meets strict quality standards. The product is GMO-free and can be safely used in functional and specialised foods.

Storage

The product should be stored in a clean, dry and cool warehouse. The recommended storage temperature is approx. 20°C and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. The packaging should be tightly closed and protected from light, moisture and foreign odours.
