Description

Hydrolyzed wheat gluten is a protein product obtained through the enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat gluten. It has a very light colour, a typical, almost neutral smell and a fine, uniform structure.

Wheat protein in this form is distinguished by its high protein content and good solubility, making it suitable for a wide range of technological applications. The product is GMO-free and meets food safety requirements.

Wheat protein hydrolysate has a mild, neutral taste, light colour and a homogeneous, free-flowing form. It is characterised by high purity and microbiological stability.

Storage
