Description

Rosemary extract is a natural plant ingredient obtained from the leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis L., known for its powerful antioxidant and stabilising properties. The product is a fine brownish-yellow powder with a characteristic herbal aroma and flavour.

Rosemary powder is used as a natural preservative and functional additive in food and dietary supplements. Its 20% carnosic acid content makes the extract effective in protecting products from fat oxidation, prolonging their freshness and sensory quality.

 

Technical aspects

Rosemary leaf powder is characterised by good solubility, stability and microbiological safety. It is free from heavy metals in concentrations exceeding the standards and does not contain pathogenic microorganisms.
