Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is a clear, amber-colored liquid at room temperature. It has a slightly oily odor. In the production of Sunflower Oil, the seeds are cleaned and ground, then pressed, the crude oil extracted and refined. It can also be extracted using chemical solvents. It is one of the most commonly used oils in the food industry and is also used as a fatty ingredient in cosmetic products.

It is a rich source of vitamin E. It also contains minerals and omega-6 fatty acids. It has a high smoke point and is therefore ideal for use at high temperatures, such as cooking, baking or frying. Due to its content of unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, Sunflower oil has a moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effect, which is often used in the production of cosmetics.

Sunflower oil is widely used in multiple industries, including:
