Description

Lactic butter is a high-quality dairy product obtained from pasteurised cream through centrifugation and churning of full milk, with or without the addition of a starter culture. The production process ensures a clean, natural butter profile with stable quality parameters and a characteristic lactic note.

Technical aspects

The product features a uniform, smooth and spreadable consistency without visible moisture. Its flavour and aroma are clean and typical of lactic butter, free from any foreign taste or odour. Thanks to its balanced physicochemical properties, Lactic Butter is suitable for professional food processing and industrial applications.
