Organic crushed cocoa beans are a natural product obtained from cocoa beans that have undergone appropriate processing. They are characterized by a uniform brown color and an intense flavor and aroma typical of cocoa.

Crushed cocoa beans from FDCM are a plant-based raw material that stands out for its purity and natural origin. Thanks to their structure, they are a versatile ingredient used in various branches of the food industry.

Cocoa in the form of crushed beans has a crunchy texture, uniform color, and intense flavor and aroma typical of cocoa beans. The product is free from foreign matter and meets strict EU standards for heavy metals and contaminants.

Storage

Organic cocoa nibs should be stored in a dry and cool warehouse, at a temperature of 5–15°C and relative humidity of 55–65%, in the original, tightly closed packaging.
