Description

Lactose free whole milk powder is a high-quality product derived from pasteurized cow’s milk. Through enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration, almost all lactose is removed, while preserving the original properties of full cream milk. It has a creamy yellow color, slightly sweet taste, and a pleasant, clean dairy aroma.

The product appears as a finely milled, consistent powder with excellent solubility. This lactose free milk powder contains 26.3% fat and 33% protein, offering full nutritional value and richness. As a full milk powder, it provides both creamy texture and versatility in various food applications.
