Description

Brown rice protein is a plant-based powder obtained from whole rice grains that have undergone a separation and drying process. It ranges in colour from light beige to brown, has a delicate flavour with slightly nutty notes and a characteristic aroma of natural grains.

Rice protein concentrate is distinguished by its high protein content, low fat content and good digestibility. It is a valuable source of amino acids, and its plant origin makes it popular in vegan and dairy-free recipes.

Application

Storage

Brown rice protein should be stored in a dry and cool place, at a temperature below 20°C and relative humidity below 60%, in its original, tightly closed packaging, away from chemicals and strong odours.
