Description

Desiccated Coconut Full Fat Fine Grade is made from carefully selected, mature coconuts. The coconut flesh is de-shelled, washed, blanched, dried, and finely ground to achieve a clean, high-quality product. It has a natural white color, a mild, sweet coconut taste, and is free from foreign flavors or odors. This versatile ingredient is widely used in baking, confectionery, and chocolate production. 

Technical aspects

Desiccated Coconut Full Fat Fine Grade has a fat content of 65-68%, giving it a rich texture and flavor. With a moisture content of ≤3%, it remains stable and fresh. The product has a pH range of 6.0–6.7 and contains no residual SO₂. Strict quality control ensures minimal impurities, with no more than 10 dark specks per 100 grams. 

Storage

Store Desiccated Coconut Full Fat Fine Grade in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 30°C. Keep it away from direct heat, sunlight, and strong odors. Under recommended storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 24 months.
