Description

Organic coconut nectar sugar is a natural sweetener obtained by gently evaporating the juice from coconut palm flowers. This organic coconut sugar comes in the form of loose, fine crystals with an intense brown colour and a characteristic caramel-coconut aroma. It is distinguished by its pleasant, naturally sweet taste with a hint of caramel.

Natural coconut sugar is very popular due to its low level of processing, lack of additives and presence of natural minerals. The product is fully compliant with organic and clean-label food requirements, making it an attractive alternative to traditional sweeteners such as cane sugar or beet sugar.

Technical aspects

Organic coconut palm sugar is available in granulated form in several granulation variants. It is characterised by very good solubility and microbiological stability.

Application

Organic coconut sugar is ideal for use in baked goods, confectionery, bars, beverages and yoghurts. It is particularly valued in clean-label recipes and plant-based and vegan products as a substitute for refined sugar.

Thanks to its low glycaemic index and rich flavour, natural coconut sugar is used in the food industry, catering and home cooking as a functional sweetener.

Storage

Organic coconut nectar sugar should be stored in a dry, clean and shaded place at a temperature of 16–25°C. It is recommended to close the packaging tightly after each use to prevent clumping and moisture absorption.

Package

The product is packed in durable 25 kg paper bags that effectively protect the contents from moisture and mechanical damage during transport. Other formats are available on request.
