Pea protein isolate is a plant-based functional ingredient obtained from non-GMO peas grown in Canada using natural biochemical separation methods. It comes as a fine, light beige powder with a neutral taste and aroma. With its high protein content and favorable amino acid profile, it is a valuable protein source for plant-based diets.

Application
