Tomato concentrate 36–38% Brix is obtained using cold break technology, which preserves the natural taste and aroma of fresh tomatoes. The product is distinguished by its bright red colour, uniform structure and absence of skins, seeds and dark particles.

Thanks to its high soluble extract content, low acidity and fresh sensory profile, cold break tomato paste is suitable for a wide range of applications in the food industry. The product is GMO-free, allergen-free and meets strict microbiological standards.
