Application

Soy lecithin is mainly used in the food industry as a natural emulsifier and stabiliser. It is used in the production of chocolate, margarine, baked goods, confectionery and instant beverages, where it improves consistency and extends shelf life.

Soy phospholipids are also used in the feed sector and, thanks to their technological properties, are used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Natural soy lecithin is valued for its versatility and safety of use.

 

Storage

Soy lecithin powder should be stored in a dry, clean and cool place (max. 18°C, humidity up to 60%), in its original, tightly closed packaging, away from moisture, light and heat sources.
