Description

Tomato Paste 28–30% is a product obtained by concentrating the juice or pulp of ripe red tomatoes, from which most of the skins, seeds and hard particles have been removed. This process is carried out using thermal methods, without the addition of preservatives or artificial substances. The finished concentrate has an intense, natural colour and the characteristic flavour of fresh tomatoes.

This product does not contain allergens, has not been subjected to ionising radiation and does not come from genetically modified organisms. Thanks to its natural composition and high extract concentration (Brix 28–30%), tomato paste is suitable for both the food industry and catering.

Technical aspects

Tomato paste 28–30% has a uniform consistency, bright red colour and a characteristic tomato aroma and taste, free from burnt or fermented notes. The product has the right level of acidity and pH, which ensures its microbiological stability without the need for chemical additives.
