Delivery within the EU
We deliver orders within Poland and throughout the entire European Union using reliable logistics partners: Dachser, DSV, FedEx, and InPost.
Delivery time depends on the destination and the type of goods being shipped. Pallet shipments are handled by DSV (road groupage), parcel shipments by FedEx. Times are counted in business days from pickup, for standard (non-express) service.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, ordered products are dispatched within up to 5 business days from order confirmation. The transit times below are counted from the moment of pickup by the carrier.

The delivery time is calculated from the day following the pickup of the shipment by the carrier.

Please note:
- Transit times are estimates. Actual delivery time depends on the pickup and delivery postal codes, day and time of dispatch, and seasonal factors.
- DSV pallet shipments are groupage transport (ramp-to-ramp). Delivery to addresses without a loading ramp or forklift may require additional arrangements.
- Southern Europe and Scandinavia (Greece, Portugal, parts of Spain, Finland) may take longer due to distance and lower departure frequency.
- Deliveries to Malta and Cyprus involve sea or air freight and are quoted individually – please contact us for details.
