Description

Bio Carob 45 is a natural plant powder obtained from the fruit of the carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua), sourced from certified organic farms. The product is a fine red-brown powder with a characteristic, slightly sweet taste and aroma reminiscent of cocoa. Thanks to its natural properties and high fiber and carbohydrate content, it is widely used as an alternative to cocoa in various food recipes.

Organic carob powder is used, among other things, in the production of baked goods, desserts, beverages, bars, and nutritional mixes. Thanks to its low fat content, lack of caffeine, and natural sweetness, it is an excellent ingredient for products intended for children, vegans, and people avoiding allergens and synthetic additives.

Organic carob flour is a homogeneous, dry powder with a high dietary fiber content and low moisture content. The product is characterized by good water solubility and stable microbiological and chemical parameters, making it safe and functional for industrial applications.
