Colostrum powder is a defatted product obtained from bovine colostrum through spray drying. It is characterised by a light yellow colour and a delicate, slightly sweet taste and aroma typical of powdered milk. The product is a free-flowing powder and does not contain any foreign flavours or odours.

Bovine colostrum powder is distinguished by its high content of immunoglobulins, especially IgG, which makes it a valuable ingredient in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to its low fat content and stable physicochemical properties, fat-free colostrum powder is widely used as a functional raw material.

Storage
