Micellar casein concentrate is a dairy product obtained from skimmed cow’s milk through microfiltration. Thanks to gentle physical processing, it retains the natural structure of casein micelles and is a rich source of slowly digestible proteins. It is a creamy white powder with a natural milky aroma and a clean, mild taste, without any foreign flavors.
Micellar casein powder is characterized by a high total protein content, of which the vast majority (90–94%) is casein. This product is used in the food industry, as well as in sports nutrition and functional foods, especially where gradual release of amino acids and prolonged anabolic action are important.
