Description

Sunflower lecithin powder is a natural emulsifier obtained from sunflower seeds, purified and processed into a free-flowing powder. It has a light yellow to light brown colour, a fine, free-flowing structure and a typical, neutral taste and odour, without any foreign aromas.

The product is distinguished by its high phospholipid content, good solubility and emulsifying and stabilising properties. It is GMO-free and meets food safety requirements, making it widely used in various industries.
