Bovine collagen is a high-purity protein obtained from bovine hides through hydrolysis. The product is a light-coloured powder with low moisture content, high solubility and a neutral taste.

Bovine collagen hydrolysate is characterised by low viscosity, low molecular weight (2000–3000 Da) and high protein content (min. 90%). It is free from pathogens and heavy metals and meets strict safety standards for the food industry.

Application

Storage
