Description

Defatted colostrum powder IgG40 is a dairy product obtained from the first milk of cows, characterized by a high content of immunoglobulins. It is produced by spray drying or freeze-drying, which helps preserve the active nutrients and biological properties. It comes in the form of a white or light-yellow powder or fine granules, with a typical milky taste and aroma.

The product is distinguished by its immunoglobulin IgG content, which makes up at least 40% of the protein (minimum 24% of the product’s mass), and by the presence of lactoferrin at a level of 0.5–1.0%. It is free from antibiotic residues, meets microbiological standards, and is intended only for individuals who tolerate milk protein.

Defatted colostrum IgG40 is used in the food and supplement industries as an ingredient for powders, capsules, tablets, functional beverages, or protein bars. It adds nutritional value and supports the body’s natural immunity.

Bovine defatted colostrum is also used in specialist products dedicated to physically active individuals and those in recovery, valued for its bioactive compounds that support regeneration.

Storage

Defatted colostrum powder should be stored in a dry, dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C, in its original, tightly sealed packaging.

Paquet

The product is offered in 20 kg paper bags with LDPE liner, sealed by heat sealing or with a clip.
