Organic crushed cocoa beans are a natural product obtained from cocoa beans that have undergone appropriate processing. They are characterized by a uniform brown color and an intense flavor and aroma typical of cocoa. Crushed cocoa beans are a plant-based raw material that stands out for its purity and natural origin. Thanks to their structure, they are a versatile ingredient used in various branches of the food industry.

Application

Organic crushed cocoa beans are widely used in the food industry, especially as an ingredient in chocolate, bars, desserts, baked goods, and muesli. Thanks to their natural structure and intense aroma, they give products a unique character.

Cocoa nibs is also used in the production of healthy foods and functional snacks. Crushed cocoa beans are valued by the confectionery industry as well as vegan and organic food producers.

Storage

Organic cocoa nibs should be stored in a dry and cool warehouse, at a temperature of 5–15°C and relative humidity of 55–65%, in the original, tightly closed packaging.

Paquet

The product is available in 15 kg bags, which protect the crushed cocoa beans from external factors and facilitate their transport and storage.
