Dark chocolate drops have an intense flavour and aroma typical of dark chocolate, a dark brown colour and a smooth, compact texture. They are easy to dose thanks to their uniform shape.

Application

Dark chocolate drops are used in the production of confectionery, cakes, desserts, fillings and coatings, as well as for flavouring beverages. Thanks to their high cocoa content, they give an intense flavour and colour.

Chocolate drops are also suitable for recipes requiring easy and quick dosing of chocolate ingredients. Their shape facilitates even dissolution and mixing with other ingredients.

Storage

Dark chocolate 50% should be stored in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 14–20°C and humidity below 60%, away from heat sources.

Paquet

The product is packaged in drops in plastic containers intended for contact with food, placed in collective cartons. The net weight of the package is 12 kg.
