Whey protein concentrate 35% is a powdered product obtained by spray drying from milk whey. It is a fine, homogeneous powder, white to slightly yellow in colour, with a neutral taste and odour. Thanks to its moderate protein content and high lactose content, this concentrate is used not only as a source of protein, but also as a functional ingredient to improve the technological properties of recipes.

Whey protein concentrate 35% is mainly used in the production of baked goods, ice cream, dairy products, confectionery, as well as in animal feed and fermented products. Low-fat bio whey protein concentrate is ideal as a raw material for stabilising texture, increasing moisture content and as a natural flavour carrier.

Application

Whey protein concentrate 35% is a versatile ingredient for the food industry. It is used as a functional ingredient in the production of bread, ice cream, milk desserts, processed cheese, sauces, and in the animal feed sector.

Whey protein with moderate concentration is also a valuable additive in fermented products, as it provides a nutrient medium for lactic acid bacteria. Bio whey concentrate 35% also improves the texture and structure of finished products, while preserving their natural flavour profile.

Storage

Store in a dry and clean warehouse at a temperature up to 25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 65%. Protect from sunlight.
