It is obtained in the production of sweet whey by an advanced ultrafiltration process at very low temperatures. This process allows a protein content of not less than 35% in dry matter.

Whey Protein Concentrate 35% is an inexpensive source of dairy and protein, as well as vitamins, calcium, riboflavin and niacin. It is excellent for imitating and stabilizing fat. Whey Protein Concentrate 35% also has gelling and hydrophilic properties, so it can be very useful in the manufacture of processed products and can replace egg white. An important property of WPC 35 is also its ability to whip and foam, which is beneficial in the production of desserts (whipped cream) and diet products.
