Description

Sunflower lecithin liquid is a natural emulsifier produced from sunflower seeds, which is a mixture of phosphatides and sunflower oil. It is a viscous liquid with a golden brown colour and a characteristic mild taste and aroma, without any foreign notes.

The product has good emulsifying, stabilising and anti-caking properties. It is GMO-free, has not been treated with ionising radiation and meets food safety standards, making it widely used in the food and feed industries.

Sunflower phospholipids have a viscous consistency, uniform colour and neutral sensory profile. The physicochemical parameters of the product ensure stability under typical storage conditions.

Storage
