Technical aspects
Whey Protein Isolate 90 is characterized by its neutral taste, allowing for versatile use in various formulations. It is produced by concentrating and purifying Whey Protein Concentrate, significantly reducing the fat and carbohydrate content of whey.
The product contains at least 85% protein and less than 1% lactose, while maintaining high levels of calcium and amino acids. WPI 90 is also low in sodium and fat, offering excellent solubility and dispersibility, which ensures high efficiency in industrial applications.
Storage
The storage period of Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is 18 months. The product should be stored in a dry, clean warehouse with a max. temperature of 25°C and relative humidity max. 75%.
