Milk protein concentrate 85% is a powder obtained by spray drying, containing up to 86% protein in dry matter. It is characterised by a light colour from white to ivory and a neutral taste and aroma typical of milk ingredients. The product has a free-flowing structure and dissolves well in water, making it easy to incorporate into various food formulations.

MPC 85 milk protein is made from cow’s milk and does not contain GMOs or ingredients subjected to ionising radiation. Thanks to carefully selected technological parameters, 85% milk protein concentrate can be used in recipes with increased protein content without affecting the purity of taste or texture of the finished product.

Application

85% milk protein concentrate is used in the production of dietary supplements, protein shakes, sports nutrition products, fermented milk products and high-protein cheeses. Due to its structure and composition, MPC 85 can also be used as a base for milk mixtures and specialised foods.

MPC 85 milk protein is also used in baking and food processing as an ingredient that influences the protein content, texture and stability of the finished product. Thanks to its neutral taste and good solubility, the concentrate can be easily integrated with other ingredients in dry and liquid formulations.

Storage

The product should be stored in a dry and clean warehouse at a temperature of up to 23°C and relative humidity of up to 65%. It is recommended to use the original packaging to protect the product from light, heat and foreign odours.
