Description

Food-grade bovine colostrum powder is produced from first milking colostrum (within the first 12 hours), rich in maternal antibodies. This raw material is 100% natural and sourced from authorized dairy farms in Poland. The company places special emphasis on every stage of the production process to ensure the preservation of biological activity and nutritional value of its products. This FOOD colostrum powder is a food-grade raw material intended for human consumption.

Each batch is carefully identified and controlled within a traceability system. The first-milking colostrum is defatted and spray-dried. The processing includes microfiltration and heat treatment (pasteurization). A full microbiological analysis is carried out on every batch of the finished product before it is released for sale. Microbiological testing is performed by external, accredited laboratories. The drying process is conducted using spray-drying technology (PSD tower), which protects bioactive proteins and ensures a granulated (immediate solubilisation).
