Description

Vitamin E powder is a food supplement containing ALL-RAC-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (3a700i) and precipitated and dried silicic acid (E551a). The product is available as a white or light yellow, fine-grained powder or granules with a uniform structure. It is intended for use in the food industry as an antioxidant and quality stabiliser.

Thanks to its high active substance content and pure composition, bio vitamin E powder is suitable for recipes where effectiveness, product durability and compliance with the expectations of quality-conscious consumers are important. The preparation is insoluble in water and does not contain heavy metals or GMOs.

Aspects techniques

Food-grade vitamin E has a stable, free-flowing form and is free from lumps. It contains a minimum of 50% active substance and the moisture content does not exceed 5%. Thanks to the presence of a carrier (E551a), it has high physical and chemical stability when stored properly.

Application

Storage
