The product is distinguished by its high phospholipid content, good solubility and emulsifying and stabilising properties. It is GMO-free and meets food safety requirements, making it widely used in various industries.

Technical aspects

Sunflower lecithin powder has a uniform colour, free-flowing consistency and neutral sensory profile. It remains stable under typical storage conditions.

Application

Sunflower lecithin is used in the food industry as a natural emulsifier, stabiliser and anti-caking agent in chocolate, confectionery, baked goods, margarine, sauces, mayonnaise and instant products. It improves the texture and extends the shelf life of finished products.

Powdered sunflower lecithin is also used in the feed sector, where it serves as an additive to improve the palatability and structure of feed mixtures and to aid animal digestion.

Storage

Sunflower phospholipids in powder form should be stored in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C in the original, tightly closed packaging.
