Description
Whey Protein Hydrolysate WPH 90 is a hydrolyzed, clarified whey protein isolate produced through advanced enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration technology. The product is designed for maximum nutritional value and functionality, with minimal bitterness and a clear solution. It has a sweet, dairy aroma, a free-flowing consistency, and is ideal for use in sports nutrition, beverages, and functional foods.
Technical aspects
WPH 90 contains minimum 85% protein, ≤0.5% fat, ≤7% moisture, and has a pH of ≤3.5, making it suitable for clear drink formulations. The degree of hydrolysis ranges from 2.0–6.0%, and turbidity is ≤25 NTU, ensuring excellent clarity in solutions. The product meets strict microbiological standards: no Salmonella or Listeria, and low limits for yeast, mold, coliforms, and Enterobacteriaceae. It contains milk allergens and is free from processing aids or additives unless approved.
Storage
Shelf life is 24 months from the production date. Store in dry ambient conditions (<25°C), away from direct sunlight, with relative humidity below 75%. Do not refrigerate.
