Description

White sugar (sucrose) is a high-quality plant-based product obtained from EU-origin sugar beets. The raw material meets the requirements of Category 2 white sugar, ensuring high purity and suitability for a wide range of food industry applications.

The product is characterized by its free-flowing form and fine crystalline structure, allowing for easy handling and precise dosing in production processes. Sugar crystals are white or slightly transparent, while the product itself features a delicate, characteristic aroma and a clean, sweet taste.

This class of refined sugar contains a minimum of 99.7% sucrose, with low levels of ash, invert sugar, and moisture, making it a stable and reliable ingredient for industrial use.

White sugar is suitable for food processing, particularly in confectionery, beverage production, and other applications requiring high-quality food-grade sugar.

Technical aspects

Grade 2 table sugar has very good microbiological quality and low levels of contamination. The product does not contain allergens, GMOs, heavy metals in quantities exceeding the permissible standards or any odorous substances.

Application

White sugar is widely used in food processing as a key ingredient in a variety of formulations, ensuring consistent sweetness, texture, and stability of final products. In the confectionery industry, it plays a crucial role in the production of candies, chocolates, baked goods, and desserts, contributing to structure, flavor, and visual appeal. It is also essential in beverages, where it provides balanced sweetness and enhances taste profiles in both carbonated and non-carbonated drinks.

Storage

Granulated sugar should be stored in a dry, cool and odourless place, with a maximum humidity of 70% and a minimum temperature of 10°C. Proper storage conditions protect the product from caking and degradation.

Package

White sugar is available in 25 kg bags, big bags or bulk.
