Milk Protein Concentrate 60% is a high-protein ingredient obtained from cow’s milk, intended for industrial use. It is characterized by stable quality and pure composition, containing as much as 60% protein, while being almost completely lactose-free, which makes it an exceptionally functional raw material in modern food production.

The product is a light powder, ranging from white to yellowish in color, with a delicate milky taste and aroma. Thanks to its chemical profile, it is ideal for recipes where high protein content and minimal milk sugar content are important.
