Egg yolk powder is a homogenous fine powder with a color ranging from light yellow to dark yellow. It has the distinct taste and smell of dried hen egg yolks. The production process includes breaking and separating fresh eggs, filtration, pasteurization, and spray drying, ensuring a clean and safe product. The powder is highly soluble (minimum 85%) and contains 58-63% fat and 30-37% protein. It enhances the texture, color, and crispness of baked goods and other food applications.

Storage

Egg yolk powder has a storage life of 24 months when kept in clean, dry conditions at a temperature of 15-25°C. Proper storage safeguards the product’s quality and usability.
