Lactose-free skimmed milk powder is a specialised milk product obtained from pasteurised skimmed milk from which lactose has been removed by filtration and enzymatic hydrolysis. The result is a powder with low moisture content, very good solubility and a composition rich in protein, glucose and galactose, which are the breakdown products of lactose.

Skim Milk Powder without Lactose is characterised by its light colour, clean, pleasant smell and slightly sweet, milky taste. It is ideal for people with lactose intolerance and does not contain GMOs or any allergens other than natural milk ingredients. Thanks to its high microbiological purity and quality parameters, it is used in many industrial applications where lactose-free milk is required.

Storage

Store in dry, cool conditions at a temperature below 25°C and relative humidity below 65%. The packaging should be tightly closed due to the hygroscopic nature of the product.
