Description

Natural Cocoa Butter is a pale yellow, edible fat obtained from cocoa beans through mechanical pressing. Solid at room temperature, it has a mild cocoa aroma and is widely used in chocolate production, as well as in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and personal care products. It contains no additives or preservatives, is unrefined, and offers excellent melting behavior and stability in formulations.

Aspects techniques

Cocoa Butter melts at 30–36°C and is insoluble in water, but soluble in organic solvents. It contains a balanced blend of fatty acids, including palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linoleic acids, and is microbiologically safe (no Salmonella, E. coli, or Staphylococcus aureus detected).

Storage

When unopened, Cocoa Butter can be stored for 30 months; once opened, its shelf life is 12 months. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place below 20°C to maintain oil quality.
