Brazil nut kernels are whole, cleaned and carefully sorted edible kernels obtained from Brazil nuts. They are valued for their natural sensory qualities and are widely used both for direct consumption as well as a semi-finished ingredient for the food industry.

Aspetti tecnici

The product consists of uniform kernels with a characteristic light brown to gold-brown colour, a firm and crisp texture, and distinctive nutty flavour. It is free from foreign tastes and odours.
